Remixing by Fusion: High-Life, Bass and Funk

Recently, the BBC featured a group called the Busy Twist. Taking high-life tracks from Ghana and remixing them with some London beats, the Busy Twist have developed a cool 'twist' on Afrobeats.

Friday Night and Labadi Warrior are two of my favorites. I am looking forward to seeing and listening to their future fused sounds and music videos...maybe South African house will be next!
